Shannon, who hails from the town of Lunenburg, has committed her life to motivating others to embrace their inner strength and beauty. Her path towards fitness and self-discovery started with a passion for dance, allowing her artistic expression. Despite deriving joy from dance, she desired the challenge of strength training. To bridge this gap, she brought pole and aerial arts to Cornwall, uniting her love for dance with her quest for physical empowerment.
Her commitment extended beyond these areas, encompassing certifications in diet, sports, gymnastics, and nutrition, reflecting her holistic approach to wellness. With a wealth of diverse experience, certifications, and an unwavering drive, Shannon’s fitness studio is a testament to her belief in helping individuals unlock their inner potential.
Shannon's commitment to holistic well-being originates from personal experience, particularly as a single mother facing postpartum challenges, which broadened her perspective on health. Working as a counselor at Baldwin House in Cornwall further reinforced her dedication to holistic wellness support.
After moving to Cornwall from Ottawa in 2013, Shannon's established reputation facilitated the introduction of pole fitness, dispelling any lingering stigma and promoting self-empowerment. Monique Rozon, an early supporter and mentor, significantly influenced Shannon's journey, enabling her to transform her passion into a mission of creating a haven for nurturing both body and mind.
Through self-investment, Shannon motivates others to embrace their uniqueness and embark on a path toward their best lives.
